Proofs!

Pardon the long absence. So busy with work, and pre-publication issues.

Received the proofs today. One is on white paper (through Amazon),
the other on creme (through Lightning Source). I prefer the creme,
but I suppose it depends on the reader.

Now to finalize the ebook versions and the hardcover!
